Answer: Kitchen Ace has access to a very large collection of products and retailers from across the UK and has several features that will help
you find the right product. Our site focuses on finding and recommending only top specifications products. Due to the volume of traffic we receive and our goal to remain as inpartial as possible. We regret we are unable to offer phone support at this time.

How do I find a product item I want?
Answer: There are two ways to find an item:
Either click on the category list on the left where you are able to click through further sub-categories until you find your item.
Our site contain hundreds of categories to keep you interested.
Or, use our keyword search facility to carry out a search for your item.
You can either enter a single keyword or phrase - the search results are acurate and displayed in
order of their relevancy and popularity.

How do I purchase products?
Answer: When you have found the item you wish to purchase, click "add to basket".
This will add the item to your shopping basket. You then have the choice of
continuing to shop to add further items to your shopping basket, or,
if you wish to check out, click "check out".
You will then be taken to secure checkout process where you will need to sign in or
register, and follow the very basic steps to finalising your purchase.

What credit & debit cards do you accept?
Answer:
Following cards are acceptted: Visa, Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Eurocard,
American Express and UK based Maestro and Solo cards.
If you are paying for your order using a credit or UK debit card you will be
asked to enter your card details as part of the ordering process, and you will
find further instructions when you process your first order.

When will I receive my order?
Answer: When you place an order, we'll estimate dispatch and delivery dates for you
based on the availability of your items and the delivery options you choose.
Dispatch date estimates are shown in the order form. After placing your order,
you'll see dispatch and delivery date estimates in the order confirmation e-mail
and in the order summary in Your Account. If you order from a Marketplace seller,
you will find delivery times here.

Do you offer guaranteed delivery?
Answer: Guaranteed delivery dates are offered on selected items in the stores when you choose Express or Evening (selected areas only) delivery. If the item you purchase is not eligible for one of these methods, we also offer guaranteed delivery via First Class delivery when applicable.This is typically for large or oddly shaped items or for very high value items for which our carriers cannot provide express service.
This means that if you place a qualifying order with guaranted delivery, we'll prioritise your order so it is dispatched right away and refund the delivery fee if we don't deliver on or before the day specified at check out. This service only applies to eligible items we know we can ship right away, provided with no additional dispatch costs, and subject to the terms detailed for each delivery method.

* First Class: you will be charged for delivery. The estimated delivery time after we dispatch the order is 1-2 business days. Click here to see UK Delivery Rates.
* Free Super Saver Delivery: you will not be charged for delivery. The total delivery time (from when you place your order to when it arrives) is 2-4 days longer than for First Class delivery.
* Prime: for an annual fee of £47.97, you will get unlimited, free One-Day delivery and First Class delivery, and discounted Express and Evening delivery on eligible items to eligible addresses. Please click here for more information.
* Express Delivery: you will be charged GBP 8.80 per delivery. Please click here for more information.
* Evening Delivery: you will be charged GBP 14.67 per delivery. Please click here for more information.
